Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the Sanbao service (the “Service”), available at www.sanbao.ai, and any natural or legal person (the “User”) using the Service.

Registering for or using the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If the User does not agree with any provision, they must refrain from using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Sanbao is an AI-powered platform for analyzing documents, drafting texts, automating email/calendar/file workflows via optional integrations, and providing reference information, primarily on the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Service does not constitute legal, accounting, or other professional advice. AI-generated answers are informational and reference materials only. The User is solely responsible for decisions made on the basis of the Service’s output.

3. Registration and account

3.1. Access to the Service requires registration with a valid email address and password, or sign-in via a social authentication provider (Google).

3.2. The User undertakes to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3.3. The User is responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for all actions performed under the account.

3.4. Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited.

3.5. The Service is not intended for individuals under 16.

4. User rights and obligations

4.1. The User has the right to:

• use Service functionality within their selected pricing plan;
• create, edit and export documents;
• connect and disconnect third-party integrations;
• contact support.

4.2. The User undertakes NOT to:

• use the Service for unlawful activity;
• attempt unauthorized access to the Service or to other users’ data;
• create automated requests (bots, scrapers) without written permission;
• interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Gmail integration to send spam or otherwise violate Google’s policies and applicable law.

5. Pricing plans and payment

5.1. The Service offers free and paid pricing plans with different usage limits.

5.2. Paid plan terms, including pricing and feature scope, are listed on the pricing page and in the Public Offer.

5.3. The Service may change pricing with at least 14 calendar days’ notice to users.

6. Third-party integrations

6.1. Sanbao supports voluntary connection of integrations with Google services (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive), WhatsApp, Telegram, and 1C. Each integration is initiated by the User and accompanied by an explicit OAuth consent (for Google) or by entering API credentials (for the other services).

6.2. Use of Google data is governed by Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Details are in section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

6.3. Subscribers on paid plans may also place product listings in the AI chat; the rules for publication and moderation are described on the /ads page.

6.4. The User can disconnect any integration at any time from the Integrations page. Upon disconnect, OAuth tokens and other credentials are immediately deleted.

7. Intellectual property

7.1. The source code, design, logos, and trademarks of the Service are the property of Sanbao.

7.2. Documents created by the User using the Service belong to the User.

7.3. The Service does not claim rights to materials uploaded by the User or to data obtained from connected integrations.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1. The Service is provided “as is”. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

8.2. The Service is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8.3. AI responses may contain inaccuracies. The User is responsible for independently verifying any legally significant information.

8.4. Sanbao is not liable for actions the User performs in connected services (e.g. sending email through Gmail) — the User confirms each such action.

9. Changes to the Terms

The Service may unilaterally amend these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing that, in the competent court of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the place of registration of the operator of the Service.

11. Final provisions

If any provision of the Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. The Terms are drafted in Russian; translations into other languages are for information only and, in case of discrepancies, the Russian version prevails.
